By accessing or using ProposalExperts.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Membership
Membership in ProposalExperts.org is by invitation or application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our discretion. Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked for violation of these terms or our Code of Conduct.
Member conduct
Members agree to use the community resources, forums, and communication channels in a professional and respectful manner. You may not use your membership to solicit, spam, or engage in any form of harassment. You may not share member-only resources, templates, or content outside the community without permission.
Intellectual property
Content contributed by members to the template library, forums, and resource sections remains the intellectual property of the contributing member. By contributing, you grant ProposalExperts.org a non-exclusive license to distribute the content to other members. ProposalExperts.org branding, certification marks (PE-F, PE-P, PE-Pro), and website content are the property of ProposalExperts.org.
Certification
Certification credentials are awarded based on examination and assessment results. ProposalExperts.org reserves the right to revoke certification for misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to maintain continuing professional development requirements. Certified members may use their credential designation in professional contexts but may not imply endorsement by ProposalExperts.org of their employer or services.
Fees and refunds
Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except within 30 days of initial enrollment. Certification exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has been scheduled. Event registration fees are refundable up to 14 days before the event.
Limitation of liability
ProposalExperts.org provides resources, networking, and certification services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, salary increases, or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend your membership for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
